The issue of elections is an important issue in Aceh democracy today, but there is no agency that specifically oversee parliamentary elections and of civil society in a sustainable manner, if any then it is merely programmatic. This is also due to the understanding of democracy itself blurred in various circles.
Confused the public in understanding the tumultuous election, related to the demands of the delay and the fate of independent candidates. Political parties do not do politics with a good education, bilapun performed only on the eve of the elections alone and tend to aim to achieve the interests of a particular party without giving understanding and procedural concept of democracy is good for the community.

Access to information is also very difficult to obtain by the public, due to the absence of official information on each service provider as instructed in the Law no. 14/2008. Access to information is hampered also affect the performance of the mass media in disseminating correct information to the public.
After getting a general picture of the condition of democracy in West Aceh agenda is then built with the agreement underlines the important issues related to democracy in West Aceh, among the following:

4. Law Enforcement,
5. Follow-up Plan
Actors and Agenda CEVIL - alumni of an educational leadership and democracy initiated by the youth of West Aceh today is eager to consolidate efforts and open discussions on discourse and election-related activities
